Dear Colleagues of KSIN,
This year is truly a milestone for KSIN since it has been founded for 30 years. Your dedication and pioneering spirit have not only advanced the field but also inspired countless medical professionals both in Korea and around the world.
On behalf of OCIN and Changhai Neurovascular Center, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to each and every member of KSIN. Your tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have made a profound impact on the lives of patients and the broader medical community. It is a testament to your collective strength and vision that KSIN has grown from its humble beginnings into a leading force in interventional neuroradiology.
Over the past three decades, KSIN has fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. The numerous conferences, workshops, and research initiatives you have organized have brought together experts from diverse backgrounds, driving groundbreaking advancements in the field. Your commitment to education and training has ensured that the next generation of interventional neuroradiologists is well-prepared to meet the challenges of modern medicine.
Our official collaboration started in 2006 when we worked together to hold first KCJMIN (Korean-Chinese Joint Meeting of Interventional Neuroradiology). As its influence grew, at the fourth conference held in Jeju Island in 2009, we decided to involve Japanese colleagues and rename the meeting EACoN (East Asian Conference of Neurointervention) which was held first in Kobe in 2010. Professor Moon Hee Han has done a lot of work, and we are all very grateful for his contribution.
As we look to the future, I am confident that KSIN will continue to be at the forefront of innovation and progress. May the coming years bring even greater achievements and milestones, further cementing your position as leaders in interventional neuroradiology.
Once again, congratulations on this remarkable milestone. May your continued success inspire us all.
Sincerely,

Dear President Sangil Suh, Vice President Hae Woong Jeong, and Esteemed Members of the Korean Society of Interventional Neuroradiology.
It is with great pleasure and heartfelt congratulations that I extend my warmest wishes to the Korean Society of Interventional Neuroradiology (KSIN) on the momentous occasion of your 30th anniversary. This significant milestone is a testament to the dedication, innovation, and collaborative spirit that your society has demonstrated over the past three decades. Since its inception in 1994, KSIN has been a beacon of excellence in the field of interventional neuroradiology. Your commitment to advancing medical knowledge, fostering education, and improving patient care has not only elevated the standards within Korea but has also made a profound impact on the global stage. The collaboration between KSIN and the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN) has been instrumental in promoting international cooperation, sharing of best practices, and fostering a community that transcends borders.
I fondly recall the numerous conferences and workshops where members of KSIN and WFITN came together to exchange ideas and innovations. One such memorable event was the joint symposium held in Seoul a few years ago. The hospitality extended by our Korean colleagues was exceptional, and the rich discussions we had significantly contributed to advancements in our field. The blend of cutting-edge research presentations and the warmth of cultural exchanges made it an experience I cherish deeply.
As we look toward the future, I am confident that the partnership between KSIN and WFITN will continue to flourish. The challenges we face in the rapidly evolving landscape of neurointervention require collective effort and shared wisdom. I eagerly anticipate further collaborations that will drive innovation, enhance patient outcomes, and pave the way for groundbreaking discoveries.
Once again, congratulations on this remarkable 30-year journey. May KSIN continue to grow in strength and influence, inspiring the next generation of interventional neuroradiologists. Your achievements serve as an inspiration to us all, and I am honored to be part of this celebration.
Wishing you continued success, health, and happiness.
Warmest regards,
Michihiro Tanaka

It is my great honor to write a congratulatory message for the Korean Society of Interventional Neuroradiology (KSIN) as it celebrate 30 years of innovation, collaboration, and advancement in interventional neuroradiology.
My first interaction with KSIN was many years ago as a student in Masters of Radiology when KSIN hosted Asian Australasian Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (AAFITN) and it was an amazing meeting.
Then Professor Moon Hee Han came to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in mid 90s and I was fascinated with his presentation in the field of Interventional Neuroradiology.
My real interaction started in 2005 when I met the then representative to AAFITN then Professor Dae Chul Suh and since then we have been working closely for the collaboration with KSIN and AAFITN.
We worked closely in the official formation of AAFITN and we became good friends.
There are many trainees who trained in South Korea from the region with great support from KSIN and this is due the education which was dynamic and with strong global and regional networking.
I would like to congratulate KSIN for a job well done and hope that they will continue this with all the enthusiasm KSIN has showed from the very beginning. I do hope KSIN will continue to support AAFITN especially in education as they are exceptional masters. Most of all I value the friendship and kindness from KSIN during my presidency and I hope we can foster to achieve further great development in this field of Neuroscience which we all are passionate about.
Finally again I would like to congratulate KSIN in my personal capacity as well as the President of AAFITN for this great achievement of 30 years and wish all the best for the future and further forging greatness in this field!
Jeyaledchumy Mahadevan
President of AAFITN
